These guys have been servicing my condo for maybe 5 years now and I don't call anyone else. They always do great work and they actually try to find the most cost effective way to get the job done. I've never felt like they were just trying to get money out of me or taking advantage, suggesting unnecessary repairs. Awesome, honest people that do awesome work!
Besel replaced the water heater in my new home, found the individual unit main shutoff (the HOA thought there was no such thing), and replaced the very old shutoff handle. They are pricey but worth it -- professional, reliable, personable. They go above and beyond.

I called this morning and Jim came out to our home around 11:00. He asked several important questions about our problem(toilet over flowed and could not use my kitchen sink or dishwasher without it happening again. ) He told us what he was going to do to try to clear the problem. He then suggested using the camera to see what was going on as this has been a recurring problem over the years and he wanted to be able to fix the "core"problem. He was able to clear all pipes and gave us some info to better care for our drains. He also discussed the probability of other work to be done a little later. Our 50 yr old cast iron pipes have some rust that may need further attention. He wore shoe covers and cleaned everything up before he left. We were happy with his service.
